Below is a list of processes for incoming transfer and Eli Whitney students, along with the dates and deadlines on which they occur.

Incoming students not participating in Early Start of Yale Summer session may access Health on Track to enter vaccination record information and upload all health-related documents.

Waive parts of health coverage

If you are a new incoming Yale University student, you will be requested to electronically submit a photo for use on your Yale University Student ID Card. If a suitable photo is successfully submitted and approved by the deadline, your Student ID Card with will prepared prior to your arrival on campus.
